Since the age of 17 he has worked at 'De Twee Schouwtjes', 'De Swaen', 'De Hoefslag', 'De Gieser Wildeman' and 'Karpendoekse Hoeve'. After fulfilling the role of sous-chef at 'Merlet', he made the switch to Ciel Bleu** in 2003.
